Slide your Lindy workshop

workshop

Slide your Lindy workshopin Brussels with Aurore & Vincent

📋 Workshop Description

✨ Lindy Hop was originally danced in large ballrooms with wooden floors that invited dancers to slide and glide rather than only bounce.

🎉 In this intermediate level workshop, we’ll share our own experience with sliding as well as what we’ve learned from vintage clips like "The Spirit Moves" about how dancers used the floor to create smoothness and flow.

🛠️ What you can expect to learn:
✅ A range of sliding moves, from simple variations of classic figures to more advanced, flashy slides.

🕺 Recommended level: comfortable with the basics, at least 2 years of regular lindy hop dancing experience.

👉 Please note: leather-soled or other non-grip shoes are highly recommended.
