Learn a solo jazz choreo in the classroom and perform on stage, on the same day! 

Throughout the afternoon, we learn a new performance piece developed by the Leuven-based solo jazz duo The Tacky Annies (Ann-Sofie and Anastasia). The choreography is inspired by and pays tribute to dancers from the 30s and 40s, and is set on a fast-paced, fun jazz song. 

Throughout the workshop, Anastasia and Ann-Sofie walk you through every move. We spice up your individual styling, and practice group dynamics and stage presence. Solo jazz is about shining as a group, and as an individual! 

Everyone with basic solo jazz experience is welcome. The performance takes place on Saturday night May 16th at STUKparty in Leuven (time to be decided). You can also join the workshop without performing afterwards.
