Are you just slowing down your Lindy Hop when the music gets slower? There’s so much more to it! Slow Lindy is playful, expressive, and full of creative possibilities from smooth, elegant movement to surprising moments of contrast. 
In this workshop, we’ll explore how to adapt your Lindy Hop to slower tempos: choosing moves that flow with the music, finding your groove, and adding expressive dips.
