Louise started dancing as a child, and was trained in classical ballet and modern jazz. For many years, Louise has had a passion for digging into jazz and Brazilian music. She discovered Lindy Hop in 2016 during a workshop with Angela Andrew, and has since continued to train and attend international workshops and festivals. She is passionate about the Lindy Hop as an urban vernacular dance, and wishes to convey this joy and energy when teaching. A member of the Brussels performance group Jazz Maniacs, Louise seeks inspiration from old school dancers such as the Whitey’s Lindy Hoppers and Mabel Lee.
