Leen has always loved dancing, but when she discovered swing dances some 10 years ago, they slowly but surely began taking over her life. She started off with Lindy hop, but soon also found her way to Collegiate Shag, Blues, and Balboa. What makes her most happy today is mixing and matching all the different swing dances! Next to dancing, she is really fond of the swing dance community. Although she greatly values technique, she is of the opinion that swing dances are in the first place meant to faciltate connection between people and enjyoment of the music!
