Laura and Francesco are a dance duo who bring fresh energy and originality to the world of Swing dancing, with a special passion for Balboa. With a strong professional background in contemporary dance, they have combined technique and musicality to create a unique style known for its fluidity and innovation. Drawn to the freedom of expression and improvisation at the heart of Swing and Jazz, they have developed a strong connection to the music and its ability to inspire spontaneous, personal movement. After discovering the Swing scene, they began traveling to festivals worldwide, enriching their experience and sharing their creative vision. In their teaching, they place particular importance on precision and on a deep understanding of how to use the body efficiently and consciously, exploring movement, connection, balance, and body mechanics to help dancers express themselves with greater freedom. Based in Rome, they teach at Swing Circus and collaborate with dance schools across Italy, making each of their classes engaging, precise, and deeply focused on developing both individual expression and a strong physical awareness.
