We are happy to let you know that for our Dance and Stretching class, you can now join us on a “drop-in basis”.
This gives you the flexibility to attend whenever it fits your schedule—no long-term commitment required.
Whether you want to enhance your flexibility, improve your dance technique, or simply enjoy a rejuvenating class, feel free to drop in and experience the session.
👉  We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. 
👉  If you have a yoga mat, feel free to bring it along.
